2024 Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in vending at Mutton and Mead!
Please note this is the form for NON-food vendors. If you are selling food, navigate to the food vendor form.
The Mutton & Mead
Medieval Bash: Roads to Revelry
will be held on:
June 15th from 4-10pm
with a rain date of June 16th
at the
Franklin County Fairgrounds,
89 Wisdom Way Greenfield, MA 01301
Vending space is limited and not all applicants will be accepted. Vendor selection will be based on a number of factors, most important of which, is the type of product being sold with emphasis placed on handmade items. Furthermore, in order to help create a more engaging event, all vendors will be asked to dress in period-attire, and make their vending area appear authentic. As this event will go into the evening, we ask that the front of your vendor tent/space be adorned with warm toned lights and/or lanterns. While we recognize that certain vendors have definite site requirements, your ability to be flexible in site placement is helpful and appreciated. As this is a new event it is difficult for us to provide meaningful attendance projections. We have a large fanbase from the festival that we expect will be interested. You may be asked to send photos and other supporting documents after submitting the form below.
